Questions regarding the ordering process
I found my design, now what?
Once you have found your desired design, you must fill out the fields provided.
There are some essential fields here, such as the motorcycle model and year, as well as optional fields for personalizing your decor (color and logo changes).
These are the basic requirements to be able to place your order.
If you would like to upload your own logos or something similar, you can do this at the end of the product page.
After you have completed the ordering process, we will contact you as soon as possible with an initial preview. Here you have the opportunity to check again whether the design meets your expectations.
Once you have approved your decor, we will send it to our print shop where your decor will be printed and shipped within a few days.
What if my motorcycle or model year is not available?
We do our best to be able to offer every manufacturer and every year of construction, but there are also cases where we cannot offer a suitable template.
Please contact us using the contact form and we will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.
Can I upload my own logos?
We also offer you the option to upload your own logos on the respective product page.
To achieve the best result, you should upload the logo in the best possible resolution.
The following file formats are most suitable for this: JPG, PNG, SVG or PDF.
Can you also print my self-designed decals?
Currently we only offer the option to print designs we have created to avoid complications due to different file formats or working methods.
Can I also cancel my order?
Cancellation is not a problem as long as your decor has not yet gone into production.
To cancel an order, you can contact us using the contact form .
And what about complaining about my order?
Since the majority of our orders are personalized and made on request, we are not forced to make any complaints.
If your order does not contain any personalization, you can send it back to us within 14 days.
The same applies to goods that were damaged during transport.
In both cases, please contact our customer service at info@laeviculus.de and - if applicable - attach clear photos of the damage.
General questions
Can you stick my deals directly on?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to have us stick your decals on or to buy matching plastic parts.
How does production work?
The design process and everything that has to do with contact with you takes place in-house.
Made Stickers takes care of the printing, packaging and shipping for us.
Do you offer dealer discounts?
In principle, we are open to any collaboration. Please send us an email about how many decors you need per year and we will make an offer.
And what about sponsorships?
We do not have a direct sponsorship program, but we are always open to inquiries.
Please send us a meaningful email about yourself or your team and we will definitely find a solution for everyone.
Where do I enter a discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can add it at the end of your order.
